Return & Refund Policy (Online)

Thank you for shopping with Samudah. We want to ensure that you have a satisfying shopping experience with us. Please read our refund policy carefully:

  • Customers have the option to request a return or refund if they receive products different from their orders.
  • The returned goods/products must be checked against the receipt and should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in its original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will be no refund. Samudah will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
  • Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 7 working days after confirmation.

Thank you for shopping at Samudah Enterprise Sdn Bhd! To ensure a pleasant shopping experience, please take note of the following return, refund, exchange, and warranty policies:

Return and Exchange Policy:

  • In-Store Purchase: Returns or exchanges must be made within 3 days from the date of purchase receipt.
  • Promotional Item: Products sold at promotional prices cannot be returned.
  • Product Condition: Products must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging, price tags, and labels intact.
  • Refund Method: Products sold are not refundable in cash. Only product exchanges are allowed.

Warranty Policy:

  • Warranty Coverage: Applies to all mobile accessories and gadgets purchased from our stores.
  • Warranty Period: All products come with a warranty of up to one year starting from the date of purchase.
  • Warranty Scope: The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include issues caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
  • Warranty Service: If a product exhibits manufacturing defects within the warranty period, please bring the purchase receipt and product to our store, and we will provide free repair or replacement services.

Please note: Warranty service is only applicable to products that meet the above conditions. Our store reserves the right to interpret and adjust the policy.
