Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Our standard delivery times for in-stock items are:

  • To East Malaysia: 2 to 4 business days
  • To Peninsular Malaysia: 3 to 6 business days (via courier)

Delivery days: Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Note: You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped!

Q: How can I update my shipping address?
Log in to your account → Click on “Shipping Address” → Edit your shipping address here.

Q: Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions to track your package.


Online Orders

Q: What is the transaction currency for products?
All transactions will be conducted in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).

Q: How do I place an order on the website?
Steps to place an order:

  1. Click the “Add to Cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Checkout” to proceed with your payment.
  3. Log in to your account using your email and password. If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to register before proceeding.
  4. Select your shipping method and confirm your shipping address.
  5. Click “Confirm Order” to complete your purchase.

Q: Can I cancel an order I’ve already placed?
Yes, but only if the order is still in "pending" status.
Send an email to [support@samudah.com] with the subject “Request to Cancel Order.”
Orders that are already shipped or in the shipping process cannot be canceled.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page for detailed instructions.

Q: I forgot my account password. What should I do?

Fiuu supports: Online Banking, E-Wallet, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards.


Used Product Policy

Q: What are Used Products?
Used products include items that may have been owned by other customers. These include Open Box items, Refurbished products, or items with signs of usage.

Q: What categories of used products are available on Samudah?
Currently, we offer used products such as Smartphones.

Q: How do I find used products?
You can search for used smartphones under the "All Categories" dropdown on the homepage.

Q: What is the return policy for used products?
The return policy for used products is the same as for new products. Please check our Refund Policy page.

Q: Is there a warranty for used products?
Yes, all used products come with:

  1. Hardware Warranty: 3 months
  2. Software Warranty: 12 months
  3. Accessories Warranty: 1 month
