Samudah Membership is open to individuals who successfully register an account on our website.
Membership is available to individuals who are of legal age in their jurisdiction.
Membership Levels and Benefits
Upon successful sign-up, members will automatically qualify as Silver Members.
Membership levels include Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond, each offering different benefits based on the accumulation of Reward Points as outlined in our membership program.
Earning Reward Points
Members earn Reward Points for every RM1 spent on products available on our website.
The rate of earning Reward Points varies based on the member's level:
- Silver Membership: 1 Reward Point for every RM1 spent
- Gold Membership: 1.25 Reward Points for every RM1 spent
- Platinum Membership: 1.5 Reward Points for every RM1 spent
- Diamond Membership: 2 Reward Points for every RM1 spent
Membership Upgrades
- Silver Membership: Criteria: Sign up for an account on the website or app.
- Gold Membership: Criteria: Reach a minimum spending of RM5000.
- Platinum Membership: Criteria: Reach a minimum spending of RM30000.
- Diamond Membership: Criteria: Reach a minimum spending of RM100000.
